Contract Agreement Hotel Hadrian Kas-Antalya

Dear Hotel Guest,

The following terms and conditions regulate the contractual relationship between you (the guest) and the Hotel Hadrian :

Reservation and Confirmation

With your reservation you agree to allow the Hotel hadrian to complete yout reservation.
When your organizer has confirmed your reservation in writing, your travel agreement will be binding.

Payments

Services and Rates
Services and rates are given in the confirmation.

Cancelation by the Guest
Cancelation fees are as follows:
Cancelation fees: 10% of Total Rate

30 days prior to travel date		20 % of rate
29 to 15 days prior travel date		40 % of rate
14 to 7 days prior to travel date		60 % of rate
6 days prior to travel date		80 % of rate
Less than 5 days prior to travel date		No Refund

Transfer and Flights
The Hotel Hadrian acts only as an agent for flights and airport transfer to.
Payments are made directly to the organizer.


Excursions
Organizer of the excursions/tours is the Phellos Agency. The Hotel Hadrian acts only as an agent.
